Email engagement data: When we send you emails, we track whether the email was delivered, opened, or clicked. This helps us send you more relevant content and less irrelevant content.

Third-party integrations: If you connect a third-party account (such as LinkedIn), we receive the profile information you authorize and any tokens necessary to post on your behalf. We do not access information beyond what you explicitly authorize.

We use Resend as our email service provider. Resend processes emails on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our website. We may use UTM parameters in email links to track which campaigns drive visits. We do not use cookies for advertising or sell cookie data to third parties.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database hosting through Supabase, and access controls that limit who can view your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, opt out of marketing communications, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI (AI features), and LinkedIn (social posting). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
